Placing a order question

I was wondering do you place a order and pay right then or do you pay after the gig is completed? And do you have to have a PayPal account to place a order or is that optional?

You pay up-front. You don’t have to have a PayPal account, though, you can complete a transaction as a “guest.” Since you do pay up-front, if you are working with a seller you haven’t worked with before and buying a gig that costs more than $5-20 I would suggest that you start with a sample, partial order or milestone order. It’s always good to make sure you and the seller are a good match before spending larger amounts of money on an order.
