Hi, I have a problem.

Yesterday clear fiverr vacation mode (after university exams ) and I see that I have a 50 % on-time delivery , I did not leave any outstanding work during this time .

Does anyone know what the problem is and if I can solve ?

Do I need to speak to the technical service fiver ?
