grant512 Posted January 28, 2016 Share Posted January 28, 2016 Hi, I just bought a service from one of the developer here in fiverr.The developer sent me 2 custom order, so I paid them both and it was successful because my credit card company sent me an sms confirmation for 2 transaction. Now its been 3 days since I was reaching fiverr support but unfortunately they cannot see my previous transaction.How can this happend? I successfully paid 2 transaction and yet only 1 transaction reflected in Fiverr system… Too disappointed specially with the support who is not knowledgeable handling this kind of issue.Have you guys experience this?
