There are lots of strange gigs on Fiverr and many do very well. To be honest, yours isn’t that strange and I doubt you will get any sales. Seeing pictures of some questionable healing red spots on skin may not be worth $5 to anyone. You never know, though. If it doesn’t break the rules, it’s fine to put it out there.
