Add Order Revenue to Dropdown

When we look at our revenue, the dropdown display choices are currently:

  • Everything
  • Withdrawals
  • Pending Clearance
  • Cancelled Revenues
  • Cleared
  • Used to Order Gigs

The only choice we can see Order Revenue under is “everything”. I’d like it to have its own dropdown so I can see only that for a given time period.
