Payment withdrawal in Pakistan

Hi, I am a very successful freelancer on some other platforms but I don’t spend much time on Fiverr, but seeing some of the folks earning great success on Fiverr, I’m itching to start on Fiverr too. But I need to have some information and discussion around the payment withdrawal options for Pakistan, I know they are listed but something more practical and user centric. I feel payoneer charges us way too much on withdrawals from ATM and the direct to bank (some said direct to bank even doesn’t work for payoneer). So is there any service we can use as an alternative of payoneer? I know some people using even paypal, don’t know how they can make it work.
