Delivered order 3 days ago still not marked as completed

I have delivered an order but buyer is non responsive. 3 days have passed but the order is still not marked as completed rather order status is shown as delivered. can any one help what to do?

You ought to have gotten a confirmation of the order being marked as complete except it’s not up to 3 days yet. But if its more than 3 days, then i will advice you contact customer support.
