Fiverr shows me offline when I'm not

Last posts I saw when searching were from some time ago, and they showed the issue was resolved, so pardon me if this is not an appropriate repost.

Every time I come to the Fiverr page, it shows me as offline, as indicated by the gray dot by my picture. As soon as I do some activity, the dot shows green, but I’m concerned that Fiverr is showing me offline when in fact I’m available.

I had put myself as offline for a week for a while but I’m not doing that anymore.

I know if the dot is not green, I’m not seen in searches, so this concerns me. Is it possible there is some setting I need to change?
