Payment Not Received Its Been almost 24 hours

I am motion video editor with 10 year of experience, I had heard about fiverr a lot so decided to jump into it and I must say I did very well in fiverr. I made money here and added my payoneer master card.

Yesterday I decided to withdraw money from my account, I am very sure I have done everything properly but I didn’t received payment in my card. It’s a bummer, its been almost 24 hour now.

When I login to my account It says I have withdrawn money but when I login and check statements in my card I see nothing there.

Anyone having such issues ? Please help.
