Available funds on fiverr

I have $15 of credit on my account, which was returned to me during a mutual cancellation of a gig. But now for some reason I can’t seem to access it to use it, does anyone know how I can get it back in my account. Or to use it on fiverr.

This probably isn’t a bug. To use the credit, just order any gig(s) that cost between $5-15. If you order a $5 gig, it will be automatically taken from your credit. If you order $15 it will use up your credit.

If you try to order a gig that costs more than $15, though, Fiverr cannot utilize your credit and you will be taken to a payment page. Be sure to order 15 or less to use up your credit.
