How do you stop buyers from forcing you to seek cancellation? Create strict parameters for each purchase to avoid extra nonsense. Be firm, but friendly with them even when they give you guff about not stretching said parameters. Offer them additional purchases that fulfill their needs. If they prove to be unreasonable, and insist on free stuff, contact CS and explain the situation.

TL;DR: Don’t offer unlimited revisions or other freebies. Be specific about what you offer. Upsell services. If harassed, contact CS.
