Paid for gig, payment went through but says it didnt

So, I paid for a gig through PM but it was an offer and I accepted it. I clicked order now, paid with bitcoin and I sent it to the right address and the right amount. When I went back to the page with with payments the little timer was still counting down so i thought i would wait it out. Well the countdown hit zero and its saying that I didnt pay but 57.75$ was taken out of my circle account. I contacted support, but has this happened to anyone else? The seller hasnt been online today which is a bummer so I guess Ill have to wait for him and see what you guys say here
