What happened to Buyer Requests Section?

Did anyone notice this buyer requests section is not updating since yesterday or its just me who is having this problem?

Hi, same here. I think now is fixed. By the way, are you having a problems also with Impressions, views and clicks in Gigs’ ? I see some people who have zero impressions since 5 or 6 january.

Yes its fixed now. But guys I just checked my gig stats too and found there is not a single impression, click or view since yesterday. 😮 I checked for previous 2 days. There is something wrong.

It is difficult to respond to these kind of issues when they are in a thread about something else. It’s good to either search for similar threads first or start a new one. This issue has been mentioned a few times in the last day or two.

When this happens to quite a few people at once it is often due to a normal system process. It is usually due to the statistics reporting system being reset and you’re getting impressions, views, and clicks, the system just isn’t reporting it. It should start reporting normally again in a few days. If not, then contact Customer Support, but overall this has no harmful effect on your gigs.

Support takes time. They typically have a large number of tickets coming in and it can take anywhere from 2 days to a week to get a response. Patience is the best remedy!
