viser1000
Reply to @oldbittygrandma: After three days… So this is why a lot of my stuff doesn’t appear in the portfolio. Hmmm, what if you update the delivery would that extend the time? Like on the third day, what if you send a message through the order page or upload some stuff? mrspanda
I had a similar problem… I was in the hospital in labor with over 25 orders in que and an hour from going into surgery… and most of my orders were due that week! No way I was able to deliver from the hospital.First of all-- CONTACT FIVERR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Let them know your situation and tell them you are communicating with your buyers.Secondly, Message your buyers IMMEDIATELY and let them know what’s going on. Offer a mutual cancellation, as well. Apologize for the inconvenience, and so on.In my experience, as long as you show you attempted to communicate as much as you can with the buyers, CS will remove any negative feedback due to late delivery. Most of the buyers will be understanding. The one’s that aren’t will most likely take the mutual cancellation. I had one that was like “You’re in the hospital and you can’t deliver my order yet you have time to inbox me? LOL” I sent that message right to CS and they deleted her negative feedback immediately. CS will work with you but you have to make an effort to work with your buyers.

soldierdollar
Thanks everyone for your supports. @vedmak , @oldbittygrandma, @mrspanda,@viser1000, @urbanmedia777 , @etcAm back and recuperating.@vedmak. I missed you from the l’hopital bed. The nurses had to stop me from screaming your name. LolBefore I surrendered to the bed, I managed to deliver to the first 3 orders in priority( to stop the clock)The results??? They were oldbittygrandmatically and vedmatically mixed. The first said( I could almost hear her scream from here and the echo kept rebouncing in my mind), " stopping the clock is not expected! Give me back my money!" Though I’ve done almost 2/3 of her work, I heaved a sigh of relief. It was a good riddance As I had no energy to argue, I hit the cancel button as a caution to prevent the negative feedback which was imminent. The second guy calmed my Blood pressure( he sure must have contributed to my speedy recovery) he said, " no problem sir. Just take it easy. You can delay it for a few more days.take care. Thanks."And the third guy is nowhere to be found! He hasn’t replied. Hope he doesn’t come back with a negative feedbackNew orders have popped in!

russt77
Reply to @oldbittygrandma: This question is somewhat off topic for this thread but I was wondering if mentioning that you accept tips is effective for you? I’m not commenting here on you doing so but considering if I should or shouldn’t too.
