ficdogg
I recently became a Level 2 seller and with that another gig extra became available for my gig. But, I cant seem to add it properly, fiverr keeps throwing this at me."Gig items title has already been takenGig items Gig Extra: are we seeing double? one of your titles has been used more than once."Can anyone explain to me how this limitation actually works, because I’ve been trying out different names for my gig extras for an hour already and it keeps throwing out the same warning. icekler
This is happening to me as well, and I’ve even tried to login from another computer.I have recently become a level 2 seller, and I added a few extras to my gig and saved it.Later, when managing the Spanish version, it won’t let me save the gig, and throws this message up: “Gig items title has already been taken”. Since it’s only on the Spanish version of my gig, I have different extras for each version in different prices, which is not good for me or my clients since it can cause misunderstandings. What do I do? selcraftcomm
I’m also having the same issue trying to update one of my gigs. Tried a new browser and cleaning my cache and history, but didn’t work. Any ideas on resolving this?
jonbaas
I’ve noticed that this error message might be happening when you have an outstanding order from someone who has ordered that extra. Perhaps the system does not like removing the extra when an unfulfilled order exists in which the buyer has ordered that extra. I can’t confirm this, but it might be worth considering. Also, when you get this error, and you have no outstanding orders featuring that extra, try deleting the text of the extra, and rewriting it in a different way. Perhaps the system considers it “already in use” if you’re using copy and paste or some other process that uses the same exact string of text. simonn
I just find out that, when you try to remove an extra gig, the error shows up. If you’ll add some text to the extra you just removed, it will work.
mhwoolz
I had this problem too! I was adding in some new extras and moved a couple of my old ones farther down. I changed the wording of the older ones I moved around a little bit, and it got rid of the error. Thanks for the helpful advice, @simonn.
nine_tails_fox
Hello,I had the same problem and It’s been solved when I :1- Close the (edit gig) board and start another edit page.2- Use different words for the title(s).Thanks
