How to set the rate of responsive web template gig

Hi there! I am new on fiverr and I want your guidelines. I made a gig in which I am offering to create a responsive web template. Please guide me how should I set my rate. How can I sell a whole template for just 5$ or 10$. As I am a basic seller fiverr provide me only two gig extra. Guide me if you can.
