What to do in this situation?

About a couple months ago, a new seller on Fiverr ranted about his response rate going down from 100% to 75% after he replied to a message marked as spam by the Fiverr. I first thought that he is either lying or he failed to read some message(s) sent to him by some prospect(s), but then I saw many sellers replying to the thread, affirming that this happened to them also. Then, my thought was, it must have happened due to some temporary bug.

Just now, I found out that the bug is not temporary, or perhaps, it’s not a bug at all. My response rate dropped to 71% from 83% today after I replied to a message sent by someone who was marked as a spammer.

What to do about a message that has been marked as a spam by Fiverr?
