How to get noticed?

Dear Fiverr Members,

I have joined Fiverr Since July 2015 and completed only 9 orders. My response rate and delivered order on time are 100% but only one order cancelled by buyer to to incomplete information. Fiverr has given me postive rating 85% since 3 months :(.
I want your comments on:

1. How to improve my Positive Rating?
2. How to get noticed and get maximum orders from buyers?
3. How to get Level 1 Status?

Ouch. An 85% positive rating is not good. You’ll need to work hard to deliver good quality work, and make sure that work is worthy of a positive review. The only way to get noticed and rank higher in Fiverr… is to develop a higher overall rank.
