Need help for getting level 1

I am masud and i am new in fiverr.I need help for that i make 12 sell and get 10 positive feedback and 2 not rated.My positive rating is 99% and cancellation rate is 0% order cansel 1(that was mutual) i am active 30 days but i can not get level 1.

so please help me that how can i get level 1?

And you’ve been active for 30days huh !!! well Just take your time ok. Am sure its a little glitch. You will get your level one badge soon. I know how sad this can be. Just go on with your sales and i tell you, you’ll get it.
