talethia
I’ve had some construction happening outside my apartment and it looks like they’ll be there for a couple weeks, which is completely throwing me off my schedule for recording my voice overs.I want to temporarily change my fiverr gig so that I have more than 1 day to complete my orders, but I wasn’t able to find the option at all when editing the gig.Do I need to contact customer service for this? Thanks!
fonthaunt
This was just answered by @catwriter in a post that is temporarily only a couple of posts down from this one. http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/gig-delivery-time-setting-problem-please-help/
talethia
It won’t let me add onto that post. The pricing tab is only dealing with packages. I want to change my base gig.
fonthaunt
It has nothing to do with packages. The answer is the same. The post below is closed to responses because it has a correct answer. Click Pricing, Set Delivery Time. The screenshot is from a gig of mine that doesn’t even allow packages.View post on imgur.com
talethia
That’s not the screen I get. I’m taken to a package edit screen.
fonthaunt
Ok, so, it’s still the same tab, pricing. Here is one of mine with packages. Delivery time is listed for each package, still under pricing.View post on imgur.com
talethia
So the packages also edits my base gig? Is there a way I can double check that? If somebody doesn’t order a package, I want to make sure the delivery time is how I want it.
fonthaunt
On gigs that allow packages, there really is no base gig. The “Standard” gig (1st column) is what you might call your base gig. So, that delivery time would typically be used for your $5 option. On gigs that don’t have packages yet, there is just the base gig and nothing else, so the delivery time affects it in the usual (pre-package) way. If you are trying to change delivery time on a gig that has the package option, you’ll have to activate packages and set your delivery time (s) accordingly. ericjames50
YOU WONT BE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR GIG BASE. FIVERR ALREADY HAD IT SET AT A DEFAULT BASE PRICE. EXAMPLE FOR WRITING AND TRANSLATION IT’S $5…
fonthaunt
This discussion is about delivery time. Although that is set in the pricing tab, it is not the same thing as price.
