Activation of my bank account

I have been waiting for several weeks for my bank account to be activated (i am a seller). I sent a message to support but so far no reply (at least I can’t find one in my inbox or anywhere else). Can anyone advise if it usually takes this long to get a normal bank account activated? And how do I find my sent and received support request messages? Any help/advice appreciated
