If your ticket was as informative as this message, I think I’ve spotted your problem.

That said, this is a forum used by people just like you, buyers and sellers. You need to update your ticket (do not open another one–it slows the system down even more!) with a polite request like “do you have an update to my issue, please?” You can do this on the Customer Support website.

Side note: if you send lots and lots of separate tickets, you’re slowing the queue down for everyone and for you. Give them time–they’re understaffed and overworked.
