Fiver Support Page not opening, What to do ? :(

My messaging feature was disabled for some reason and now I can’t contact or reply to buyers.

A notice is displayed at the top of the page where it is recommended to contact fiverr support but it’s not opening.

I’ve been trying since 4 days . I think they blocked my ip or something . Today I received a message to one of my GIG from a buyer with a query but I can’t respond to him .

What should I do now ?

The website just keeps loading 😦 Is the website opening for you?

Yes. That link I gave you usually shows a dropdown box to start with. Even if it doesn’t stop loading, can you see and click on a box from that page? If not, clear your cache and cookies and try again. Alternatively, try another browser.

I received you message and read the on my email account 😕 I receive just fine but I can’t open them in fiverr and hence I can’t reply . Tried clearing cache etc not working.

I will try contacting them through my mobile. Lets see if it works or not.

You are welcome and good luck! If mobile doesn’t work you might try on a friend’s computer. I would try with Chrome first just because Fiverr seems optimized for it. Make sure the pop-up blocking is off. Hope you get it figured out.
