They keep telling me I have $5 to spend, but they don't say HOW to apply it!

I go to buy a gig, expecting there to be a way to USE the mythical $5 they keep telling me I have (as a credit?) to spend – but there’s NO WAY to apply the $5 credit when buying – as far as I can tell.

Anyone have any hints on this? Very frustrating to have a “gift” that cannot be used!

Hello, since I haven’t been in this situation I suggest you ask this question of customer support.

If you cancelled a $5 you had in the past, that $5 was credited to your account, so theoretically you can use it to buy another $5 (and there won’t be a processing fee? I dunno). If you’re talking about some kind of voucher, I’ve got no idea, so as @misscrystal states, you should ask Customer Support.
