As fiverr change his policy in sending custom orders offer i did not get any $5 order on my account what should i do suggest me please?

new to all this too but Are you also doing some promotion of your on-line business?
Have you checked the quality of your GIGs, images, description etc?

I believe that this is where the trick is. Do some research here on the forums. Interact, ask questions and do some research. There are some superb explanations about how to write your GIG better or get more business etc.
