I am conducting my MS research which is investigating the major factors affecting client satisfaction in software projects from Freelance sources e.g. Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer etc. Software projects include desktop apps, web based apps, ERP systems, ecommerce apps, mobile systems etc.
