Lost $200+ and No help from Customer Support

On 25th November I lost $200+ (I don’t know exact amount because it’s hard to keep record of 100+ order per month). Escalated a ticket to Customer support, after 7 days they finally replied and said “Your account is balanced and no funds are missing”. Now how can i prove that I lost $200+ hard earned money? And to whom I should complaint as Customer Support already refused to provide any help?

Is there anyone who is facing same problem?

Withdraw you fund as soon as possible. We don’t know what can happen anytime here on fiverr.

You should probably look it up in your revenues. Have you downloaded the CSV file and ctrl+f’d the file with the suspected missing funds? The onus is pretty much on you (annoying as this is) to prove that the funds are missing. The CSV file also makes it much simpler to see what stage your funds and all other thingies are at. It’s way more user-friendly than the horrible revenue page!

I have downloaded CSV file but i do’n’t know how can i find missing funds as i don’t know which order is missing?

Completed 350 orders and counted total revenue earned by opening individual order page today. Total $200 are missing but how could i find which order is not included in TOTAL EARNED section ?
