How to reduce order cancellation rate!

How to reduce cancellation rate,Sometimes a few guys order me $5 without discuss but their task is so big even the task is not match my gig description .Is there any way to get rid of it ? Though I added a title “Don’t order without contact” into my gig description but result is not so much effective.Today one seller sent cancellation requested but I didn’t accept it yet. If i don’t accept it, My cancellation rate will be increased or not ? Thanks

Accept the cancellation request. Only mutual cancellation will not effect your rating.
