Hello folks, Please help a new buyer. I ordered a gig for a logo and the seller has sent me something back which is completely substandard. I informed them of this, and gave my instructions again, very clearly. They sent back an even more insulting result. I have tried cancelling my order which they are refusing to accept. What can I do and what is the procedure to get my money back? Thanking you in advance.

Contact support, I am sure they will help you, because the seller should deliver the changes you asked and if he wasn’t able or can’t do the changes you asked he had the option to cancel and refound you, but is not ok to deliver the same work that was already rejected.
