Variations in Funds clearing

Hello, i want to use this means to suggest that there should be variations in the number of days for clearing funds. I quite understand why it take 14 days for a particular fund be cleared but i suggest that for a sale of $5 which sum up to be $4 after the removal of 20% should not take up to 2-3 days for clearance.
I hope Fiverr look into this and probably find something to do about about it if it really counts.
