Cancellation Rate at 100

Hello,

I have just come back and I am ready to get back to work on Fiverr!

Anyway, I recently had an order per during my day off and when I made it clear that I was away someone ordered a gig. I explained I was away and I sent a mutual cancellation. Unfortunately, the buyer did not respond and it was automatically cancelled. I know have a 100 per cent cancellation rate (my first ever!) and according to the stats, it’s going down.

What can I do now?

Will my gig no longer appear in search?

It may be worth contacting Customer Support, since you marked yourself as away (although you obviously didn’t use the vacation feature) and the buyer didn’t check in to mutually cancel. They MAY get rid of that scary cancellation rate.
