How Do I Best Work With Seller?

I am absolutely new here. I have paid for my first gig. I want to build a Wordpress site. I really need to build a bunch of sites. Money is not an issue, I simply require value for it. I want the site I am building to follow the xevent theme. If the theme is not right for my site then we can cross that bridge.

My question is how do I work with a seller to explain what I want. I want to go at this in phases. Personally I had a hard time with the last site and will not throw money at another project to end up in an endless loop of frustration.

Your help is appreciated. I read some of the posts and did a search but couldnt find what i was looking for.

You can do onething … Search for Top Rated Sellers in your Category and send them a message …check out their profile… They will get back to you with proper quote and other things …i know one TRS Seller who does awesome websites … he did one for me…
