Apparently when you make a new gig or change a gig, there is a bug that makes the system see your top extra as another express delivery option. In my case, I had to uncheck both extra fast and the top extra. Then it saved. Then I went back in and re-checked fast delivery which worked. However, I cannot use the top extra at all right now.
