presseditor Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 There seems to be an issue with the pending clearance balance. In my case it shows a higher pending clearance with cent amounts. For example a day ago it was like 499,99 (not sure of the exact amount) and today it shows 507.91. Since it is impossible to make cents, there must be an issue.Support ticket has been opened but I wanted to post this here also in case more users have this issue. It was wrong, that’s the issue.I added up all the pending clearance sales I have and it adds up to the new, lower balance shown under pending clearance.The issue is that the higher number, that got lowered, was wrong.The new lower number is right.I’m not sure when exactly the issue started but we all noticed it when we had cents instead of just dollars shown in our pending clearance so clearly the whole amount was wrong. Why it became higher and had cents as well as dollar amounts is a mystery.I reported it to customer support and it is now corrected on mine. gorjan Posted November 26, 2015 Share Posted November 26, 2015 Earned this month, pending clearance and everything with numbers was wrong but now the problem is fixed and it’s better then before.I had problems with amount in Sales Analytics - You became $ richer since joining Fiverr.It was never showing me how much I’ve earned. Ever since the bug was there, the pending clearance amount went higher than the earned amount if you did the math and calculated it one by one.
