My account is disabled automaticly

Hello,
Today Suddenly My previous account disabled and when i am trying to log in to the account it see’s that the following message-
This account was disabled.
If you feel this was done in error, please contact our support team.
And Sometime it shows " The id is no longer active"
I sent a request at support team.
The accounts user name was- hasandipro
My client is waiting for my response.So i need a fast solution!Please do something.
