arifenglish Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 Hello ,I can not download any attachment file from my buyers !I work as a Virtual Assistant ,so each of my client provide me files as attachment !I had to cancel 02 orders as I failed to open what client sent me ?Anyone else here with the same issue ?Please help ! jebruce Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 I am having the same problem. I had to send about 8 small iterations because the message box will hold a max 1200 characters. That process creates a loss and shifting in the transfer on information; the buyer had to write back a couple of times to ask what happened to portions of my work sent to buyer. ughmugglez Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 I’ve had that problem as well. Try asking your client to contact you through your email and send you the attachments there.
