My PENDING CLEARANCE revenues are less than they really should be

I am really having some tough time with the revenues. First the problem everyone is facing that revenues are showing up in decimals but I am facing another bigger problem than this…
My pending clearance revenues are showing up $95.8 which is right but when I see blue lines clearing, they only add up to $76. I am really worried that I might not get the money I have earned in my account. I have generated another ticket for decimal revenue problem but this problem is bigger than this. has anyone else faced this glitch?? I am really shocked why we face a new glitch everyday on fiverr and when it comes to your hard earned money…it is really freaking me out??
Thank you

Same thing is happening to me, I am missing about $300 though so I hope it gets fixed since that’s a pretty large amount to not show up. My decimal has changed from .12 to .08 in the past day or so but it looks like that’s a problem everyone has been having.

There’s a lot to say about this topic but I can’t say it. I was going to direct you to a post I made several years ago but it looks like it was deleted. You need to watch your revenues closely, take screen pictures all the time as a backup and compare. That’s all I can say.

I’m waiting on Customer Service still but I’m assuming they’ll fix it soon.

Was the total pending clearance at the top the correct number or was it the ones that showed up below (like all the orders pending clearance)? I haven’t double checked mine to see which is correct but I believe it’s the top with the total amount. I guess it could vary account to account, I’m not too sure what’s going on.

Try adding up the new lower total pending clearance and the available funds to see it they equal the previous higher pending clearance amount.

That higher amount was incorrect. The new lower amount is the correct amount.
You can add up all the pending clearances in the blue lines at the bottom list to see if they equal the new lower amount.
