"Fiverr Top Buyer" label is working or not in inbox?

Hi,
I have seen many seller comes with “Fiverr Top Buyer” label. But i am not sure this is working or not. Because one of my friend spent 250$+ in fiverr but still that label isn’t showing with his username in inbox. Please clear.

i dont think so it depends on how big is your buying price… it depends upon several various other factors like how regular is that buyer and other things as well… iam also a buyer n seller on Fiverr and i bought gigs worth 1000$ as well but that didnt make me a Top Buyer
