piotrmarcin Posted November 19, 2015 Share Posted November 19, 2015 Everytime I contact fiverr support they send me a link like this one:https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/requests/1184614When you click the link it will say this:"oopsThe page you were looking for doesn’t existYou may have mistyped the address or the page may have movedTake me back to the home page"I think there customer service is fake and bullshit. The staff members are human and the system is glitch sometimes, but real people are there. I’ve dealt with a rep named Susan recently (maybe the same one, maybe not) and she needed to elevate my ticket to a different team, but the issue was resolved.Try this: Go to Fiverr.com/support. Look at the upper right and see if your username shows up or if you see “sign in.” You might have to click sign in if it’s there. Mendes is the name of the ticketing system and that is the page for it. Once your username shows, click there and then “view activity.” Open and closed tickets should be there.If it times out or nothing shows, copy the ticket number you gave in your post above and go to Twitter.
