Is Fiverr Support FAKE?

Everytime I contact fiverr support they send me a link like this one:

https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/requests/1184614

When you click the link it will say this:

"oops

The page you were looking for doesn’t exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved
Take me back to the home page"

I think there customer service is fake and bullshit. How to actually get anything sorted out if there links don’t work and their customer service even says they don’t work.

This is the stupid email I get from fiverr but everytime there link never works, I think there customer support is completely fake and does not work.

This is an automated email from Fiverr Customer regarding ticket #1184614

Hi there,

We’re just wondering if you’ve had a chance to review the latest update from Susan, the Customer Support team member assigned to your support request?

Susan is expecting some further information from you to proceed with this ticket.

If you’d like to provide an update, or require more time to work through our latest comment, simply reply to this email or go to https://fiverr.zendesk.com/hc/requests/1184614 and let us know.

If we don’t hear back from you we’ll solve this ticket within the next few days.

Thanks!

Absolutely FAKE! I am trying to sort out an issue with a seller for 2 days now and while all other pages load, the support page keeps getting timed out…

If you are just going to rant it’s difficult to have a conversation with you, but for one thing, CS is not fake. The staff members are human and the system is glitch sometimes, but real people are there. I’ve dealt with a rep named Susan recently (maybe the same one, maybe not) and she needed to elevate my ticket to a different team, but the issue was resolved.

Try this: Go to Fiverr.com/support. Look at the upper right and see if your username shows up or if you see “sign in.” You might have to click sign in if it’s there. Mendes is the name of the ticketing system and that is the page for it. Once your username shows, click there and then “view activity.” Open and closed tickets should be there.

If it times out or nothing shows, copy the ticket number you gave in your post above and go to Twitter. Locate the Twitter account for Fiverr Support. Give your ticket number there and see what they say. They are active on Twitter. Good luck.
