I created another account for testing purposes, and I was able to change the profile picture there. The system would not accept a .bmp photo by copy/paste as I expected. I tried PNG, JPG, both regular (several hundred Kb) size and impossibly tiny (4Kb) sizes, with no luck. I really need to make a seller profile, and this is a huge roadblock.
