One of buyer bought my gig and i made his design and sent it within 24 hours.and he asked me to put the design on his site.I don’t know how to put it.i said i can refund only one gig which he ordered me for PUTTING THE BANNER ON HIS SITE. so i refunded his money.But he asking me to refund other gigs too.It’s not fair.because i made his design and sent it within 24 hours as i promised.

That’s so unfair. If you contact CS, they might say “try to work it out with the buyer”. Maybe if you nicely explain to the buyer that you have successfully fullfilled that order and he was satisfied with the design, maybe he’ll rethink that request.
