Hello… Well, finally i received the visit of a bad client. He send the info, he ordered thinking a job that normally can cost more than 50$ can be done for 5. I have tried to solve it, preparing it and closing my eyes and keeping my self calm. I delivered and closed the order. Now the client has the file and wants the refund telling me i have done the job bad. I can demonstrate to everybody that job is technically good. Of course, i prefer to refund, but, this client is not good for the system because makes all of us to have no trust with the other. I feel bad and it could be good for us, in this case the sellers, that we can have an option that finally, if the buyer is creating bad feelings, he have a Black Crown, and we can detect it before. This buyer has abused of the system and will continue doing, because they are small quantities of money, he obtains the work, he makes you feel bad with good words, but bad, and have the money and the job done.
For me a Black Crown.

I am very pleased that sellers are united on this suggestion that Buyers rating should have been posted on their profile so that we can have a clearer view of the past record of a buyer. Scam buyers are just increasing on Fiverr and they are certainly not good for he system. I hope Fiverr spare some time to look at this suggestion.

yeah, sellers must have the opportunity to mark buyers as they deserve.I’ve got buyer who made order described his needs ,but not all of them. After receiving his order he started requesting a revisions (asking to add new features).So.I think if seller’ feedback depends on buyer, then seller’s gotta have opportunity to tell truth about the buyer the world!

Thanks so much to all sellers that think something must advise us about the bad clients,
We are here to serve our clients, and we try to offer the best at any hour to everybody who lands on our gigs. If our history of reviews is visible because of the bad professionals, it seems logical to see their reviews history.
Thanks again!! Have good business and good luck!

I agree there needs to be some rating system for sellers even if it is not published for anyone but registered sellers to see. The problem is the cancelled orders just disappear from the system. There’s no way to see how many times a buyer has cancelled an order or the reasons for it. I’ve made hundreds of sales and had maybe a dozen cancelled because the buyer ordered without asking questions first when it’s plainly not what was described in the gig. Example: customer orders 400 words to be read for voice over for $5 when the gig clearly says 120 words.
