I don’t blame Fiverr for introducing it slowly. When a big chang like this is made, there is a high chance it will go wrong.

If they changed it for everyone at the same time and it went wrong. That would mean that Customer Service and Tech Support would get a high level of emails.

I’m sure if it works out, then Fiverr will introduce it to all categories.

Well in fairness, I haven’t had a ticket responded to in literally months, going on over a year that actually felt like a response to the message I actually sent. That’s a whole other story altogether though.

Well, I agree with that but unfortunately they’re utilizing it on certain categories that already get high sales volumes, so they aren’t exactly introducing it slowly. It would make more sense to introduce it into more obscure categories rather than ones with very high sales volumes, no?
