Awesome feature I just noticed in messages!

I might be very slow to the party, but I only just noticed in my messages, a button that is “add to to-do’s” - it is a little tick icon.

This is so cool, we can add things to our dashboard, such as people requesting changes to orders that are outside of a modification or following up for information etc etc.

I love this so much! I usually have a separate to-do system to track these non-order tasks and now I can see them all on my dashboard. I wish I had known about this earlier!

Yeah it’s pretty handy. I’ve been using it the last month for those people who really need a follow up. I put the date in the box so I know what date I need to get back to them and what its about. Otherwise its so easy to let good contacts slip through your fingers in terms of following up as they can easily get lost in the sea of inbox messages.

kinda silly for it to be hiding and there be no notification about it, but glad I found it and have helped some others find it too. It really is one of my favourite new features! Please fiverr tell us when you’re changing things, surely that’s not too much to ask?

I’ve only just noticed this myself; I’m certain I’ll eventually find these inbox message tags useful, but have yet to employ them. One thing I have to say about the Fiverr® platform is that it’s fairly versatile for ecommerce. Personally, I’ve been keeping my client documents in folders on my hard drive, and have shortcut icons on my desktop in order of the top 5 or so priority orders. My main go-to is my “Manage Sales” view; but other sellers have found the “Dashboard” to be theirs. Thanks for sharing the tip, it’s apparently something most of us have overlooked.
