Offer and Counter Offer Feature

Hello,

Is it possible to have Offer Price option instead of having basic price $5 for certain sellers or as a seller option?

Just like sending offers on Buyer Request Page can buyers send how much they willing to pay for the job instead of $5 so this option is always more than $5 by default? and auto set concepts or revisions for price they offer?

may be auto price for number of concepts and revision, buyer chooses 4 revisions and 4 concepts manually so the price is determined automatically? $5 for each concept and revision? this will force the buyers to buy more concepts and revisions

One concept includes One revision? some how the basic GIG should not be $5 for certain categories specially for logo designing, writing, audio and video makers etc etc.

Sellers please share your thoughts, i know many of the sellers worth more than $5
