ventriloquist1
I’m at my wit’s end here and considering closing up shop here on fiverr. I’ve been experiencing lots of bugs in editing my gig extras and requirements. Four times in a row now I have submitted requests to CS that have gone ignored for up to three weeks, and then are suddenly marked “solved”, though they are not solved! Anyone else experiencing these bugs…and this horrendous CS?
rudevectors
Hi again,What kind of bugs do you get editing the gigs?
ventriloquist1
On one of my gigs I cannot properly edit my Gig Extras. I make the changes in Edit Mode, click Update, click Save, and it appears that my changes have been saved. But when I go to Preview Mode and look at my Gig Extras, I always find that either my changes have not been made, or totally erroneous changes now appear. Refreshing my browser does not help. Redoing the changes dozens of times does not help. Doing this in Safari or Google Chrome does not help.Sometimes I get a message saying that I have doubles of my Gig Extras, so that is the supposed reason that my changes can not be made. But this is not true. I do not have doubles of any Gig Extras. So I am left with Gig Extras that are not accurate and not what I want to be offering.I had another bug for three weeks in which my Requirements could not be edited either. This bug finally disappeared, but without any communication from CS.
rudevectors
That behaviour is more severe than we’ve experienced. We’ve had the issue where changes are saved but when looking back, the old version is showing. We then make an update to something else, and find the new changes suddenly appear.Normally this corrects itself quickly and we can continue with more changes. Wish we could help more - what we’ve learnt is if we have a number of changes in the different sections, is to never make them in one go. After each save, have a second tab up on the my gig list and click the preview there, rather than the same tab you made edits on. Doesn’t help much with your errors but does prevent a lot of wasted time with redoing the whole set of changes.
