Need Help for processing payment

Before I started, I read that for each order you have to pay $0,50, but once I’ve ordered it appears not 0,50$ but $55!!!
I’ve ordered for 2 logos of $5, and now I have to pay $110?

alexiastarling: I have never, ever heard of someone being charged $110 on a $5-10 order for any reason. First, the forum is not the place to get help for this. You need Customer Support. Submit a ticket. Second, contact the seller and let them know that there is some problem with the price They should be able to do a mutual cancellation for a mistaken order until this is sorted out.

Just to be clear, the forum is just people who are seller and buyers and is not a location for this type of issue at all. No one on the forum can see your account activity and therefore cannot advise you properly on an issue of this type.
