I just had a nightmare experience trying to pay for a gig

I just had a nightmare experience trying for over 15 hours to pay for an important gig that affected a deadline I have to meet. I won’t bore anyone with the details except to assure you that it wasn’t any fault of mine, something I reconfirmed repeatedly with my credit card company, yet the things Fiverr did were unbelievable. Meanwhile I could find no way to contact anyone at Fiverr other than a message they have yet to respond to. In case this kind of thing happens again, does anyone out there know of a phone number or even a live chat through which a person in a real jam can reach Fiverr in an emergency?
