emmaki
No need to shout–not all of us are deaf!Mutual cancellations, where both the seller and the buyer agree to cancel, will NOT affect your ratings. However, if only one party wants to cancel, it will affect a seller’s cancellation rating. Presumably a buyer’s too, but God, I mean Fiverr, in his infinite wisdom doesn’t care about buyer ratings. webexpert1313
order cancellation is not effect in rating, but its effect is reputation. fiverr is a world largest best marketplace, so each seller need to maintain quality of works with dedication
rudevectors
Although technically it does not effect a sellers’ rating, the op probably didn’t mean this as such.Non-mutual order cancellations impact a seller’s account by adding to the cancellation ratio, as already made clear by emmaki’s post. rudevectors
Hi there,Not sure if I read your reply correctly but this is not strictly the case.If the seller cancels, it’s only considered ‘Mutual’ and therefore doesn’t add to the cancellation ration, ‘IF’ the buyer clicks accept cancellation. Otherwise, even if the seller cancels and the request auto completes, it will have an impact. And if the buyer cancels, it does not mean it impacts a seller’s account. In the same way as above but reversed, the seller can click accept… which means it’s a nice mutual cancel. Hope this helps.
