Scamming - Selling other marketers WSO on fiverr

Today I purchased 1 gig that says to make $24 per hour. I have been doing affiliate marketing for last 2 years and took many courses and bought many WSO.

This fiverr gig is selling other marketers gig and scamming people hard. The gig he is selling is actually one WSO that was released in 2013 the method doesn’t work anymore.

How can I report this gig?
